Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship items within the U.S.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?
A: Shipping is based on each items' weight, dimensions, and availability/proximity to your location. Shipping costs are provided at checkout.
Q: When can I expect my order to ship?
A: We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed! Shipping times vary as we are a small business but we do our very best to get items out next business day. We also provide tracking so you can have a watchful eye on your coming witch things.
Q: Can you cancel my order?
A: We start processing orders shortly after they've been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP by contacting us at email@example.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. We will do our best to help you out but in some cases, your order may not be able to be canceled if they're already in the process of shipping it out.

A: We offer giveaways, sales, announcements and more to the Witch Things newsletter subscribers!
Q: Do you have a store?
A: Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar store. Instead you can shop our website online day or night.

A: Positively, Yes. On any page where you are asked to enter personal information, we use a secure server through Shopify that keeps your information safe. Just look for that little lock in your browser window.
Q: Which methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay ( pay in installments ).
