Shipping + Returns + Products
Physical products, such as tarot cards, are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days within the U.S. For digital products, such as astrology readings or Zoom consultations, you will receive your personalized report or scheduling email within 7-10 business days after purchase.
Currently, we only ship physical products, like tarot cards, within the U.S. However, digital products, including astrology readings and Zoom consultations, are available for purchase from anywhere in the world.
Shipping is based on each items' weight, dimensions, and availability/proximity to your location. Shipping costs are provided at checkout.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase of physical products (such as tarot cards), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return, and we will guide you through the process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the personalized nature of our digital products, including astrology readings and Zoom consultations, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues or need clarification on your reading, please reach out—we’re happy to assist.
We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, once an order has been processed and shipped (for physical products) or work has begun on a digital reading, we are unable to make changes or offer cancellations.
For digital products such as the Life Purpose reading or other astrology/tarot services, you will receive your personalized report via email in PDF format. For Zoom consultations, you will receive an email with scheduling instructions to book your session.
Yes! Digital products make great gifts. When checking out, simply provide the recipient’s name and email in the notes section, and we’ll send the reading or consultation details directly to them.
If your physical product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or issue, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the courier, and we are unable to control its delivery. Please keep in mind that physical product orders, like tarot cards, typically ship out 1-3 business days after being placed, and shipping times are calculated after this fulfillment period.
Shipping times are often estimated, not guaranteed, and unforeseen delays may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on shipping costs for delayed deliveries. If you have concerns or questions about your shipping method, we recommend checking the courier’s website for updates.
If your order is returned to us, we can either re-ship it for an additional shipping fee, or we can issue a refund for the cost of the products purchased. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Absolutely! Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We use Shopify’s secure servers to protect your personal information on any page where it's required. You can also look for the lock icon in your browser window, which confirms that your connection is encrypted and safe.
