Shipping + Returns

Here's everything to know about our shipping and return policy.

Shipping Policy

-We currently ship via US Postal Service domestically. At this time we do not ship internationally.

-Shipping is based on each items' weight, dimensions, and availability/proximity to your location. Shipping costs are provided at checkout.

-We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed! Shipping times vary as we are a small business but we do our very best to get items out next business day. We also provide tracking so you can have a watchful eye on your coming witch things. Most customers can expect their package within 7 days.

-It is solely the customer's responsibility to insure all details pertaining to shipping address are correct and that the address is deliverable. Chai Bunny will not refund or replace any items delivered successfully to the address provided at checkout.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

-Once orders are handed over to the USPS, Chai Bunny bears no responsibility for any missing, delayed, or damaged packages. We sincerely wish we could help out, but at that point, the only information we have is the same as what shows up in the tracking details that customers have access to.

-Chai Bunny will not refund or replace any items that have been lost or are unaccounted for by the shipping carrier, or are late or damaged due to the shipping carrier.

-We do advise waiting a couple days or so if your tracking info shows the package as delivered but it has not been. We have seen many times that the package does end up showing up and this is often just an error in tracking details.

-If your package is missing, visit USPS to determine next steps. If your package shipped via USPS Priority and is missing or arrived damaged, we recommend you file a claim with USPS.

We wholeheartedly want you to be head over heels for your purchase. But we understand that you may need to make a return.

Return Policy

-We do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

-Customers should notify us to make a return within 14 days of shipment delivery date for a full refund in original form of payment. (See the ‘Start A Return’ section below for step-by-step instructions.)

-Store credit will be issued for any return request received between the 15th and the 30th day from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached. Items must be sent back to Chai Bunny within 30 days. (Please notify us if more time is needed). 

Damages

-Please report any/all damages with your package/order within 48 hours of the delivery date.

-If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to support@chaibunny.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
 
Start a Return

-Please send us an email at support@chaibunny.com. Please include order number, the item(s), and reason(s) for return. We will respond to return requests in 48 hours or less.

-Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

-Please package the returnable items securely, and provide us with a tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return. Chai Bunny is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit.

-Once the returned package has been received, you will be issued the refund based on the return window noted above. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
